Returns and refunds

Medication returns

For patient safety, dispensed medication cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Sealed, unopened packaging may be returned within 7 days against the original receipt for refund or replacement.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, contact support@norvicpharmacia.com within 48 hours with a photo. We replace at our cost or refund in full.

Cosmetics, supplements, devices

Unopened skincare, supplements, and medical devices may be returned within 14 days for full refund. Opened items are non-returnable except where defective.

Refund timing

Refunds processed within 7 working days to original payment method. eSewa and Khalti typically clear within 24 hours; bank refunds may take up to 7 days.
